Character Submissions will not be accepted if your ST is not CCd on this request

Attach the most current digital copies of your character documentation
The proxy request will not be approved if any of these documents are missing

• Full copy of the character sheet
• Full copy of the experience point log
• A list of all Application Numbers for the character (Pending & Approved)
• Descriptions for all Approval Items that require special mechanics
• A list of the Equipment and Item Cards that are proxied with your character

• Physical Description of your Character (appearance, style of dress, mannerisms, etc)
  Reasonably sized image files may be included with the description
• How your character is usually viewed by other characters
  (Bright and Bubbly? Solemn and Reflective? Condescending? Clueless?)
• The method of travel that your character is using to arrive and while in Atlanta
  (Include date of arrival, date of departure, and where they would stay)
• The true motivation behind your character's visit to Atlanta
• The goals that your character will seem to pursue while in Atlanta
• How your character would handle feeding in Atlanta, should it become necessary
• Things your character would never do, regardless of circumstance
