Downtime Report Template
INSTRUCTIONS
Copy and paste the report template into the body of an email message.
Include an updated copy of your character record and XP log as an attachment
Subject line should read "(Requiem) Downtime Report, Mmm-YY for Character Name"
Send report to 'atl_dtr_requiem at googlegroups dot com' by Midnight on the last Monday of each month

Game Summary:
A to-the-point summary of the details of each game your character attended, paying particular attention to the details pertinent to your character.
Also list within the summary if any of the games attended were special events: SCaRE, First Night, ICC etc.
Please list each game separately: i.e.
Atlanta:
Auburn:
Rome:
Etc.
Acquired via Roleplay:
Derangements
Physical Items (property or weapons)
Willpower (temporary)
Etc.
Lost via Roleplay:
Humanity
Physical Items (property or weapons)
Willpower (permanent of temporary)
Etc.
Actions your character will take during Downtime
Buying items, selling items, investigations, etc.
Also if your character has lost any willpower give an explanation of how the willpower is recovered.
Also include what attributes, merits, skills and/or disciplines will be used in each action your character performs.
Tests will be run based on stats listed on the character sheet and the information you provide here.
Feeding during Downtime
What suburb of Atlanta does your character feed in?
What type of victim does your character prefer?
How does your character feed?
Shared Resources
List of local Haven traits that your character shares with other characters (list the names of the other PCs)
List of traits (Allies, Contacts, Haven, Retainers, Staff) your character has contributed as a "City Resource"
Participation at XP Events
Sanctioned Games, Hard RP or Soft RP (date and city)
Soft RP Events (meetings for clan/covenant/coterie/etc.)
Non-local Proxy Events (include XP confirmation as attachment)
Other Experience-worthy Events
Experience Point Expenditures
Short justification of each expenditure
Include the player name, email address and character name for teachers (as necessary)
Questions or Comments:
Nominations of other players for exceptional roleplay recognition
Requests for clarification of game mechanics
Requests for special scenes to be run
Etc.
