I have worked at 精东传媒 for more than 14 years. I started my career in 2009 as the APAC Program Manager with the Implementation team and then moved into my current role in 2017. Overall, I have more than 27 years of industry experience supporting HRIS and payroll and it has been a continuous learning and fulfilling experience for me.听

What does your job involve?鈥�听听

I am responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery to our customers from our service centres in Singapore, Philippines, China and Australia. We process payrolls across 18 countries in Asia from our service centres in APAC.
听

My primary responsibility is to ensure we manage our payroll service standards to the contracted SLAs with our customers. This is a very customer focused role which involves regular monthly payroll reviews with our customers in the spirit of continuous improvement and at the same time managing our relationships with our in-country service partners.
听

We have seen an exponential growth in the number of customer payrolls over the past few years so keeping an eye on growth forecast and managing a scalable organization to handle growth is an important aspect of this role as well.听听
