What does your job involve?ÌýÌý

As Americas Director of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day payroll operation of ¾«¶«´«Ã½ for 22+ countries from Canada to Chile. I’m responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy and timeliness to our customers, working both in-house and with service partners, and with managers and senior managers reporting to me.

¾«¶«´«Ã½â€™s culture is the nicest that I have ever experienced in my career. Working at ¾«¶«´«Ã½ is like a family where everybody gets along very well; everyone helps each other, and we are all aligned towards the same objectives.

What do you enjoy about your job?ÌýÌý

What I enjoy the most about my work is the chance to work with such an amazing team of people, who are not only outstanding professionals but are also amazing human beings in whom I can trust. Also, I enjoy the opportunity to work in a global environment where I can learn from colleagues and customers around the globe about their businesses, their countries and their cultures.
