Volunteering is a great way to meet new members, earn prestige and help make the event a great experience. If you are interested in being part of the SERE staff or if you'd just like to donate a couple of hours of your time, please contact Sean Cook. Your help is appreciated!

Special Volunteer Cookie

Volunteers are a really important part of any Convention. As a special bonus for our wonderful volunteers, Christian Stephenson, the SE RST has agreed to offer a prize for those who give for the benefit of their fellow members.

Donate 5 hours of volunteer work to earn a personal plot designed for your character by the RST. Those that give more time will get greater focus in this plot and may walk out of the plot with a special item. You can choose a character from any of the 4 venues. You can't get this in the auction. This is only available to those our awesome volunteers!

Terms -

The 5 hours do not have to be consecutive.
They do not have to be in the same area.
Your hours will be calculated based on the sign-in sheets that are turned in by the Venue Leads. Be sure to sign in and out of your shift accurately.
Staff Leads are not eligible for work in their area; only if they volunteer for another Lead.
(Example. If the Vendor Lead spends 3 hours helping out at Pre-Reg and 2 hours helping the Set-Up Lead, he will earn this prize.)

We strongly request that you sign-up for your hours prior to event to ensure you get to work in the area you prefer at the times you prefer. This also allows the Volunteer Lead to organize shifts and make sure that all areas are covered.
